A big Thank You to everyone for making Earth Hour 2012 the biggest yet!

 An estimated 6,000 people attended Earth Hour@Orchard Road on 31 March 2012, and over 400 organisations across Singapore supported Earth Hour in ways that ranged from switching off their non-essential lights to adopting broader environmental commitments.

Singaporeans created so much buzz over social media about Earth Hour that we were one of four countries trending on Twitter on the eve of Earth Hour. There was also extensive media coverage leading up to and till Earth Hour on 31 March 2012.
